I'm feeling sleepy now, feel like taking a nap but no. I'm waiting for hippo to come back to seek his opinion on my findings of the driving instructors. I want to start learning by Monday & in fact I've just returned from the driving centre to apply for this Provisional Driving Licence & also took down some names of the private instructors on the bulletin board. Some people think it's no big deal since it's like a learning process. Well, I'm a person who's very eager in learning things of my interest. Plus I can even get my instructor to endorse on my NYAA logbook sia... it's a new skill learnt. I can't wait to learn to drive & I've even thought of taking hippo's car to drive a few rounds under the blk. Muahahaha...

It's another boring day. Apart from going to driving centre to apply for PDL, I've also went to the bank to help hippo deposit his cheque. Ah... finally his customers are starting to pay up, now got more money to spend lo... =P

Yesterday I've helped hippo to buy $60 of Takashimaya Shopping Vouchers to sponsor M)phosis D&D. At the same time I've applied for a smart card to accumulate link points & get rebates on their goods & services, now I don't have to keep borrowing his sister's card to use everytime I shop at Takashimaya lor.

Guess what, yesterday Hippo's mum gathered me & his sister Xuan to bring her message across our hearts. I thought she wanted to lecture us but she gave us a small talk instead. She told us we HAVE to buy 2 outfits for chinese new year, 1 of the outfits ought to be a dress or skirt & the other is up to our preference. Xuan & me looked at each other puzzled. His mum being the superstitious type, said we have to wear new clothes during chinese new year so that in future you'll sure have lotsa new clothes to wear & no complaints of clothes-less. I started giggling & feel like telling her I've always new clothes to wear every month but then decided not to or else she'll start interrogating hippo. She has just laid down her points that on the 1st day of CNY, all females must wear dress or skirts. Poor hippo, we're going to drag him go shopping again!!! Haha...

On top of that, she said we've to go visiting to their relatives' house on the first 2 days of CNY. Haha... I feel very cold!! I do have relatives but we've cut away contacts & become long-distanced. It's been a long time since i've seen my brother, it's hard to meet up with him & he hasn't pay his respects to our mum for a long long time. My dear old aunt misses him & whenever she asked about him, I didn't know how to answer except to tell her he's busy working. I hope he hasn't changed under any bad influence. My only concern is hopefully he doesn't pick up smoking or drinking.

Hmm... YMCA sent me another list of volunteering activities so which one do I wanna take part??? Feel like going back to the family care centre to teach free tuition again, maybe can check out AMK have anot.

Muahaha... just received a call from this driving instructor so keen to teach me until he finally lower his price rate!!! I think he's trying to earn more income. He's so many students on hand & still dun mind to take me in. Somemore still ask me to recommend more friends to him so that I'll have rebate in future.... haha... currently I dun have any friends who are learning to drive. Most of my friends already have their licences when they are still sweet 18!! Haha...

Anyway I've decided to try him out so I'll meet him on Monday morning then he'll pick me up to Yishun Ave 6 & I'll start "driving" there! Actually my concern is if i let my imagination run wild, i'm afraid he'll turn out to be a baddie, ya know!!! Haha... I doubt so because everytime when I passed by pte learner drivers, their instructors tend to have this "cheeky" look one... lolz..... can't blame it on the fact that they're old men already, plus you'll be surprised they have many years of experience in teaching. Ha... if I'm in trouble, activate hippo can liao... hee hee hee...
